God  Almighty, I want to stand on solid ground.

Guide my steps as I move forward.

It has been a long and odious journey.

Full of pitfalls.

But a new dawn beckons.

Let mine eyes remain focused( on the prize).

For the work has just began.

Renew my strength like an eagle…

And let me soar on wings high above.

For the task ahead is surmountable.

Be my shield and defender.

As I walk in the path of righteousness.

And let them not say nay…

But yes to a new dawn.
